Origin Series
The origin series is a collection of plans designed with a focus on function and practicality. We at Tipto have carefully considered the balance between ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ within a home and have worked towards a healthy combination of the two. The objective of the origin series is to provide first home buyers and those looking to downsize a carefully considered, modest and energy efficient alternative to standard housing that’s currently available.
The plans below share design characteristics and similar spatial relationships with each layout lending themselves to different sites and solar orientation, ensuring strong passive performance.

Each origin design consists of 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a Double Garage. The work space, being the Kitchen, Pantry and Laundry has been carefully laid out to ensure ease of access and practical use. Instead of including a secondary living space (which rarely get used) we have increased the secondary bedrooms to allow space for a desk, couch, yoga mat or Lego collection. As well as a cosy nook within the Living space for a laptop and books.

Can i customise the Design?
Of course! We appreciate that everyone is different and a home can’t be a ‘one size fits all’ - All of our designs are customisable to suit your needs. Also keep in mind that each plan can be flipped and rotated as required.
We will always maintain a close connection with the homes thermal performance and energy efficiency. If we think changes that you suggest throughout the customisation process jeopardize this, we’ll gently raise the issue and open up a discussion on how to best find a solution
