origin series
The origin series is a collection of plans designed with a focus on function and energy efficiency. We at Tipto have carefully considered the balance between ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ within a home and have worked towards a healthy combination of the two. The objective of the Origin Series is to provide first home buyers and those looking to downsize a sustainable and energy efficient alternative to what is currently available.
cradle series
With a focus on simplistic design, the cradle series has been created to provide everything we need in a home, without going too crazy. Sometimes less is more, each cradle design looks to maximise the usable space within while avoiding unnecessary excess.
Cradle designs have been developed to best suit north facing backyards.

south series
The south series has been designed to create energy efficient, functional homes on lots with south facing backyards, which can typically be a little tricky.
South series designs look to maximise solar access into the living space, keeping it warm and bright, while maintaining Tipto’s signature design logic with a focus on function and practical spatial relationships.
performance and energy efficiency
All of our designs are to be a minimum of 7-star rated, with a solar array and battery storage appropriate for the size of the home.
When it comes to energy efficiency and overall performance, orientation is everything - carefully consider your site prior to selecting a design.

We at Tipto love exploring new ideas, developing and improving design principles and generally improving quality of life through thoughtful, progressive building design. We are constantly developing new design concepts and plan series, each focused on different design styles and alternative demographics . From functional, energy efficient designs for first home buyers, to compact modular designs with a more experimental approach, we are always looking to address undeveloped areas and improving on what is currently available.
